To order your DVD from Disc Makers – please follow the six easy steps below:

• We will supply you with artwork templates to assist in the DVD design and packaging.
• The design artwork can be sent by e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
• If you require data to be duplicated send  2  DVDRs by Royal Mail "Special Delivery"
• Complete the Disc Makers Purchase Order or supply your company’s official PO. We require full details of your invoice / delivery address, telephone number etc. including payment method.
• Complete the 'Copyright Indemnification Form’ if data is to be duplicated onto the discs.
• Sign and return our Terms and Conditions                    

Terms of Payment - We require 50% of the total invoice (including vat) on placing the order, with the remaining 50% payable on the day we ship the goods to you.

Payment Methods (there are 3 options)

Credit / Debit Cards:

A member of DM staff will contact you for your Credit/Debit card details.

There is a 2% surcharge for payments made by Credit Card 

There is No charge for Debit Cards.    

Cheque:  Goods will only be dispatched against cleared funds.

Bank Transfer:  Funds should be received in full prior to dispatch of your order

The Delivery Lead-time is 3-5 working days for Duplication and 10 working days for replication. The time starts from receipt of your purchase order and all parts (Artwork / Design and Data Discs)
