To duplicate a DVD5 we only use top of the range “Grade A” DVD-R discs, to ensure high quality reproduction of your data after the DVDR has been burned. The DVDR capacity is 4.7Gb.

Quality control is paramount in the production of the DVD, and our high end duplicating machines will check each disc after the burn has taken place on each DVDR. This checking procedure is an important part of the duplication process, and will ensure that your finished product will play either in a computer or DVD player.

We ask that you supply us with two good quality master DVDs (e.g. Verbatim, Sony TDK) The reason for two masters is just in case one is faulty (scratched) and therefore saves time in obtaining a replacement. A 12cm DVD-RW should never be used to create a master for duplication.

Please note: the burning surface of a DVDR is normally a purple colour, and the burn will show slightly on this side of the DVD. There are no silver burn surfaces available on DVDRs.

DVD duplication offers identical sound and visual quality to a replicated DVD5.

After burning is completed we can then litho print full colour (CMYK) or screen-print (up to 5 spot colours) with your DVD design. This process will give your DVD5 the look and feel quality of a retail DVD. You can supply the DVD artwork for the body artwork by e-mail or our graphics and design department will work with you to create your design (including your corporate logo, and contact details). 

If you wish to burn your data on the DVD discs later, we can supply the DVDs litho or screen printed only, and bulk packed (They will be shrink wrapped in 100s)
